Level 1 – Erasmus Mundus Overview
In this level, you gain access to resources that explain the structure, core principles, and values of Erasmus Mundus. You also learn about scholarship coverage, mobility tracks, and the different types of admission outcomes (fully funded, partial, waitlisted, or self-funded). Understanding this foundation ensures you make informed decisions about programs and set realistic expectations for the application process.
Level 2 – Finding & Choosing Programs
In this level, you get guidance on how to explore the EM catalogue, shortlist programs, and evaluate your personal fit. You learn what to look for in program content, partner universities, mobility tracks, and eligibility requirements. You also get tips on taking strategic notes and understanding different application procedures, so you can select programs that best match your goals.
Level 3 – CV Development
In this level, you gain access to workshops and resources that explain how to build a CV tailored for EMJM. You learn how to structure your CV, highlight impact and achievements, and quantify your results instead of just listing responsibilities. We also review your CV to ensure it presents a clear story of your skills, experiences, and potential.
Level 4 – Recommendation Letters
In this level, you learn who to ask for recommendations, how to approach your referees, and what information to provide them. We guide you in drafting emails and sharing your profile effectively, so your referees can write strong, personalized letters that enhance your application.
Level 5 – Letter of Motivation / Personal Statement
In this level, you gain access to workshops and examples that explain how to write a compelling Letter of Motivation or Personal Statement. You learn how to create a narrative that demonstrates your character, credibility, and impact. We review your essay sentence by sentence until it effectively communicates your goals and aligns with the program requirements.
Level 6 – Interview Preparation
In this level, you gain access to common interview questions, model answers, and detailed tips on etiquette for online and in-person interviews. We also conduct mock interviews and provide feedback so you are fully prepared to present yourself confidently to selection committees.
